Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Outbound calling: The ASE will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for the sales team.

  • Inbound calling: The ASE will also handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing customer service and support.

  • Storytelling: The ASE will be responsible for incorporating storytelling techniques into the sales process to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the product or service to potential customers.

  • Lead generation: The ASE will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for the products by reaching out to potential customers and identifying leads through market research and analysis.

  • Sales forecasting: The ASE will create and maintain sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the management team.

  • Sales presentations: The ASE will make sales presentations to potential customers and partners, highlighting the features and benefits of the product.

  • Negotiations: The ASE will be responsible for negotiating deals and closing sales with potential customers and partners.

  • Customer Relationship Management: The ASE will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the customers, by keeping them 3 informed of the new updates, offering them deals and special offers, and handling customer complaints.

  • Sales support: The ASE will provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.

  • Market research: The ASE will conduct market research to understand the needs of target customers and identify trends in the payment industry.

  • Networking: The ASE will attend industry events and conferences to network and make connections with potential customers and partners.

  • Collaboration: The ASE will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the product meets the needs of potential customers and partners.

  • Performance tracking: The ASE will track their own performance and provide regular reports.
