Experience: Fresher / Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience in any KPO/ BPO/ Phone Banking field.

Package: 5k to 15k. Also Depends on the interview.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Outbound calling: The BDA will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for the sales team.

  • Inbound calling: The BDA will also handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing customer service and support.

  • Lead generation: The BDA will generate leads for the sales team by reaching out to potential customers and identifying leads through market research and analysis.

  • Sales support: The BDA will provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.

  • Market research: The BDA will conduct market research to understand the needs of target customers and identify trends in the payment industry.

  • Collaboration: The BDA will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the software product meets the needs of potential customers and partners.

  • Performance tracking: The BDA will track the performance of business development efforts and provide regular reports to the management team. 1

  • Negotiations: The BDA may be involved in negotiations with customers and partners.

  • Continuous learning: The BDA will continuously learn about new technologies, regulations and trends, and how they could benefit the startup and its customers.

  • Customer Relationship Management: The BDA will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the customers, by keeping them informed of the new updates, offering them deals and special offers, and handling customer complaints.
